Quality policy


 

Quality policy is based on the principle of focusing on the market and customers. In accord with the quality policy we maintain and develop a system to ensure and control quality and unify activities of organizational units as well as individuals towards continuous improvement of quality.

Top management of the company acknowledges the principles of quality and, in order to endorse the efforts in improving quality, it undertakes:
  • Fulfilling customers’ requests to maximal possible extend while minimizing negative impact on the environment. High quality of products and services becomes very essential aspect of company’s activities.
  • Customer’s satisfaction is the criterion of quality of each employee’s work.
  • Each employee is responsible for quality of products and services and every threat to quality must be eliminated by any employee according to his best capacity and notified of to his direct superior.
  • Demands on quality apply to all subcontractors equally.
  • Improving of quality must be permanent aiming to eliminate occurring errors but also to determine their causes
  • We undertake to keep improving the processes of quality management system on the basis of findings from production and expand the scope of the QMS to all activities required.
  • The management on all levels documents its aims in quality by strategies.
  • This policy, strategy and plans are published for all concerned persons and explained during regular meetings and for the company’s management on all levels.

The scope of understanding of these principles is examined during evaluation of activities at least 1x per year during revisions of quality management system by the management of the company.
